Factory workmanship was horrendous, though probably on-par for that time period. It will be great knowing that it’s done right

It will be great knowing that it’s done right Yeah it'll be better for sure, there was a surprising amount of scale but thankfully nothing made holes. Also alot of butyl left over. When you used seam sealer, was it the corners where the solder is?

I used seam sealer on all the overlap joints. Also used some to form a bit of a slope in the corners to get the water to flow out better. I’ll see if I can find some pics of what I did.
