I have a 1988 Comanche 4.0 standard that needs a new engine harness. I found one but it’s for an automatic. Is there any way to make it work?

Depends on the year. There were some pin changes over the years between the bulkhead connectors. The Auto harness itself will work with a manual trans without any issues. You will just have some connectors you won't use.
