Most of this stuff is meant for 4.0 or 258 into older Jeeps, not so much for MJs unless you've got a wilder build on the platform. 89 MJ Posted October 7, 2022 Share Posted October 7, 2022 @acfortier, that HEI dizzy would wake your Eagle up and you could ditch the Ford style ignition which didn't seem as reliable. When I did this, I was able to spin the tires in my Eagle and I couldn't before. And it takes like 30 minutes to do it, all in (pulling the old one, putting the new one in, and timing it) on the high end. But its not very original if that is your priority.
