Turn Signal not flashing, staying solid

For my 1989 Jeep Comanche Pioneer. When I turn on driver side turn signal they stay solid. When I use passenger side they blink. Already changed all bulbs on driver's side, Any Ideas?

Do you still have the stock sockets? If so we recommend replacing them with the 84-86/91-96 style XJ sockets. The Renix era ford sockets suck and have a ground tab that fails 9/10 times.
