Not bad. I would have tapered the headache rack in a bit at the top and probably done something different with the tail lights so the weren't hidden by the bumper.  But that being said I think this is one of the better looking, non-factory, beds I have seen on an MJ

 

 

Edit:  Just noticed the horrible placement of the spare.  One of the features that I love about the MJ is the visibility.  That said, lay the spare down or put it back up underneath.
