amc used two keys like gm, they didn't go to a single key till after chrysler took over. are you looking to replace all with the double keys or single key for all?

These are the correct keys, make sure the ignition key (square) has a “J” on it. eBay link

 

One key cannot be used for both ignition and door in factory configuration.

For 89 year yes, but he could swap everything over from a 93-94 cherokee and get a single key for all

Okay, thanks for the info, I’ve got an ignition that the key is stuck in. Was thinking of replacing key cylinder and door locks at the same time.
