HO Fuel Sending Units in the works!

Just got off the phone with Steve at MTS, they are working on producing fuel sending units for HO or HO swapped MJs! He said that they're shooting for end of summer or into the fall of this year. 

 

Fantastic news for HO owners and makes the HO swap just that much easier and better.

that wasn't me that said that, it was my 2.5 renix looking for a sending unit source. i can't tell you how many times i've heard her wining "WHAT ABOUT ME, ISN'T ANYBODY GOING TO RETRO FIT ME, I CAN'T EVEN GET A NEW VACUUME HARNESS" Let me tell ya, i'm getting sick and tired of her belly aching. just because she has 244k on her clock, she thinks she's entitled. sorry for the rant. and now she wants to stretch her legs.

After all the effort I put into adapting an XJ HO sending unit to mine. This is good though, I'm looking forward to it. Any ballpark on price?

He told me a rough ball park, but in this economy, there's no telling what material costs and inflation will do to the final price. Not trying to be a jerk, but I'd rather not publish a really rough guessed expected price and have people upset when it comes out higher. 

 

I will say it's reasonable for the work involved and I plan to purchase one.

Couldn't have come at a better time.  My fuel pump is on it's way out in this cold weather....I have to turn the key on and let it sit for a few minutes when it's below 30F outside before attempting to start.
