Looking and have searched here through nearly 100 pages here and can 't find my answer. I then went to the naxja web site and found just one answer and wasn't thrilled at all. Can some one verify that the dash pad is or isn't a removable piece. naxja said that it is not removable and is glued to the main dash. Can this be true. not removable ?? i wanted to remove my dash pad and have it redone when i pull the complete dash for a heater core change. Thanks for your time. Paul

You’d have to take it to some place that specializes in such. It’s a vinyl pad glued into place. So the best way to probably remove it is with a heat gun. Even then you’ll risk destroying the pad and possibly warp the dash. There’s one place in Cali I reached out to and got no response from them as to whether or not that can redo the dashes in our MJs/XJs.

Yep; plastic frame riveted on a metal cross brace. The foam pad is glued to the plastic and then the vynil is heated, glued and stretched over the pad.
