JEEPERZ
What do you guys do about the drive line for a SOA? SYE Longer DS Shims TC drop All of the above. i had to get the DS extened 1 3/4" and while i was at it, i changed the slip yoke to a yj for better operating angle. i didnt have to do any shim or tc drop or sye. i did however extend the rear brake line and put a new bracket for the parking brake to extend it. that was it. Did you use another DS off of another veichle or can you?
pingpong
I did a SYE and a new driveshaft, and when I welded on the perches I put the pinion pointed at the t-case output. It all depends on how much money you have to spend on what will work best for you.
tkgibbs27
what all do you need for a 3" inch lift?
WahooSteeler
for 2 inches of lift, you really don't need to change anything.. just don't expect a flex monster.3" and you are going to need longer brake lines, and longer shocks, as well as rerouting of your ebrake cable. anything over 3" you will need longer control arms on the Lowers, and possibly on the uppers. Longer brake lines, longer shocks, adjustable trac bar new sway bar ends. Like others have said depending on the size of the lift... depends on what you need "well, if you had read up above", you'd see that pingpong said you are going to need longer brake lines, and longer shocks, as well as rerouting of your ebrake cable. aerocorey
http://www.rocky-road.com/comanche.html Not sure if they're just acting as a vendor for someone else or if this is their kit. They carry rock rails and other stuff too.
