is CC acting slow to anyone?

got a Q from Fred that CC is incredibly slow to load or send from his PC but other websites aren't.  anyone else experiencing issues?  it's working fine from my laptop.

Other than my network being crap while at work, CC loads fine just about everywhere. Has he tried clearing cookies and browsing history? Sometimes that can cause a clog up.
