acfortier
Does anyone have any experience with the quality of aftermarket header panels? I'm less than thrilled with the fitment of mine, and it's got a few cracks here and there. Additionally, I broke off one of the tabs on the headlight surround, and the grill is cracked as well. Crown has one for $300, I see another kit going for $150. https://www.carparts.com/details/Jeep/Cherokee/Replacement/Header_Panel/1991/Base/KIT1-111116-49-B.html?TID=gglpla&origin=&utm_source=google&utm_medium=pla&utm_campaign=12013144440&gclid=Cj0KCQjwm9yJBhDTARIsABKIcGZp4LD7eBJyysTn1M3njsGeuUuSQzNQ_m5jePfKXBCw7kvT8NRYKNwaArYaEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
Limeyjeeper
They are pretty poor. Better off finding an OEM one from a junkyard and refurbishing.

acfortier
Gah, OK. The one that I had one was cracked in the center, and missing a few of the screw holes... This one is in better condition but the fitment is terrible. I have a huge gap where it meets the hood now, but I might be able to massage it a bit closer. Eventually, I'll want this truck in the body shop to be cleaned up and painted, but that can wait for now.
