Have two ‘89 Comanches one two wheel the other 4wheel drive the two wheel has been the family since day one the other is my donor... I want to convert my truck to 4 wheel drive both trucks are 4.0 straight line 6 cylinder what do I have to do

Find a 4wd XJ and use it for parts. Keep both MJ!

yeah, I would find an XJ for parts.   if you only want to keep the (currently) 2wd one, you'll make much more money selling the 4wd one than it takes to buy a 4wd XJ.  plus then you can get a newer XJ with better parts than the 80s offered.
