Cernics74
I’m about a year into this thing. I have changed careers so I now have time to put some time in and get it going. It started life as a 1990 2.5L pioneer that was lifted and 4.0 swapped. Now it’s under the knife again for a list of upgrades. Follow along and check it out. I do apologize for starting the thread a bit late. 👌🏻 So far I have stripped the Jeep, sandblasted inside and out, repaired a few places in the floor I didn’t like, and I epoxy sealed the body and raptor lined the rear “frame” and under body. Cernics74
Before I stripped all the paint I began metal work on the firewall and and other tabs and mounts to accept the 97+ dash conversion. I used a few parts from a donor xj.

Cernics74
Got the firewall/tunnel shaped and burned in. Man does the metal suck on these trucks. Also starting to bend and fit 3/16 plate for inner frame stiffeners.
