Southpaw Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 Any tricks that will make this easier or hidden dilemmas and why is there an extra license plate holder and light behind the bumper
Gjeep Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 Nuts and bolts holding the bed are straight forward. The biggest nuisance I had removing all of the the obvious obstacles was the driver's side bedside wiring (for taillights) that are attached to the bottom of the bed in 3-4 different locations.
fiatslug87 Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 The extras are because that truck had no rear bumper when it left the factory. As crazy as it sounds rear bumpers were an option, not legally required unlike front bumpers, rear license plate and light.
