Marty Robbins
Howdy CC!! I made a post on All Things Jeep Comanche (Facebook group) showing some pictures of the dash I flocked for my 89 MJ and I was asked to share on here as well. I am not a very experienced mechanic, I learn everything by 1st trying to google what to do, then ask for help, and when that doesn't work I just try to figure it out diving in head first. Learn as you go - don't be too discouraged when you break something, it is going to happen no matter how delicate you are. Enjoy! Thank you for your time! (Original post subject body) (I painted the rear of the dash with resin epoxy to strengthen whole unit (it worked) picture not included) "Morning everyone, Yesterday I painted with Epoxy and this morning I Flocked it! I had a ton of fun doing the flocking, probably should have done it outside to avoid cleanup but whatever. Can't wait to do it again!"

Marty Robbins
You paint on suede adhesive then spray on suede fibers. When you purchase the kit is it shows everything step by step sorry for my vagueness - right now I don't have a keyboard, using on-screen w/ mouse
boxyjeep
Holy Flock! That came out great. What does the texture feel like when you touch it?
Marty Robbins
You know how jewelry boxes have that (back in the day green) felt material? exact same thing I have not touched it yet, 10-12 hour cure but i will leave over night to be absolute. the fibers are very soft, you barely feel them on your skin
