Help looking for parts

Have been trying to locate this bumper and these fender flairs but nothing any help would be extremely appreciated

Never seen that bumper but it looks more like a body kit (inspired by a boat I would say). The flares look like they may be a set of Napier’s but just painted to match the body.

Looking at the gap of the bumper by the flare gets wider towards the back and just the shape in general makes me think it is from a different vehicle, perhaps a newer Jeep, and just modified to work on an XJ.
