No turn signals or wipers

I bought my 87 mj 2.5 5 speed and the turn signals and window sheild wipers have never worked. I’ve checked the multi function switch on the column all good....the fuse panel need to b replaced? how hard is that?

no I got nothing the lever clicks as it should and the blower motor didn’t work when I bought it but I replaced it and the fuse now it works
