Wounded_Fighter
My current suspicion is fuel vent line off the tank itself? But the smell of fuel is strongest between the fuel filter and transmission. But nothing is wet? Only smell fuel after driving when parked. Strongest on driver side of vehicle. Trying to troubleshoot without ripping things apart. #DailyDriver
eaglescout526
Had the same situation. I replaced the tank vents and seals, sending unit seal, gas cap and the rubber hose in the engine bay from metal line to cannister that runs to the tank vents. I no longer have a fuel smell. Still have an overflow problem though when filling up.

Do you have pns for the vents/seals handy?

eaglescout526
Never mind. Valves are no longer available. Hmm that's a shame. But there's the numbers. Seals are still around.

eaglescout526
Maybe the vent valves on top the tank then? My smell went away sometime after I changed those.
