MIRROR QUESTION

Hello, I had a question about these mirrors. I am needing some new ones on a different Comanche and I no longer have this truck pictured, but I CANNOT find these mirror brackets ANYWHERE. I have searched for about a week now with absolutely no luck. They are factory mirrors, but I have not seen any like this on a Comanche ever.  Any help on finding these mirrors would be appreciated. those are unlike any mirror I've ever seen and do not show up in the brochures or my parts manual.    I think they are aftermarket (possibly added on by a dealership).

 

if you're looking for a mirror upgrade, the 97+ mirrors go right on and are big enough to be useful.

Thanks Pete. I think I will order the same mirror that’s on my current one for this project. Do you also know where I can get the black leather-ish bucket seats, you know with the holes in it?

the perforated vinyl?  I haven't seen a decent pair in a long while now.  that stuff just does not age well.    But they can be recovered by an automotive upholstery shop.    there are also cloth buckets out there that came with the top of the line MJ/XJs.

Interestingly that perforated weave pattern vinyl is currently available here by us in South Africa, but only in black.

I’m guessing its because it’s used in one of the modern vehicles here - not sure if I saw it in a VW Amarok or Toyota LC Prado
