87 comanche won't turn crank

Working on an 87 Comanche. Was able to jump the starter and got it running but is not getting power to starter secondary terminal when key is turned to start. Question is how do I bypass the nss on this year and model? Going to try that before messing with ignition. Thanks.

Sorry, I no longer have the pic of the NSS connector.  But jumper the pins with the black and black/white tracer wire.

Wouldn't it be easier to check for gss continuity at the starter relay near the battery?

If it is the NSS, it probably just needs a good cleaning.

I ran a bead of silicone around the edge of mine when I put it back together to try to keep more crap out.
