Is there any difference in between 87+90 & 91-96 clutch pedal assemblies?

You mean brake and clutch pedal assemblies?

 

Yes. 91 and later have a provision for a better brake light switch and the 95 to 96 booster swap.

the 91+ have a brake switch in a different location and has 6 wires. Which two are for brake lights?

 

renix uses only 2 wire and is located on the pedal arm itself.
