That may end up being the case, but as a government project and a pretty useful idea I'm sure they'll throw a helluva lot of money at designing and testing them to try to make them work AND be reliable. I'd like to see it tackling some nasty, sticky mud. final thought: how's the ride if we remove the cushioning effects of the tire sidewall?
