Crossmember bolts

Does anyone know what size the bolts are that hold the crossmember to the "frame"?

I took the cross member off of my XJ yesterday.   Not sure if they are the same but those are 10mm thread x 3.5mm (1 3/8") long x 15mm head.  I put new grade 8 bolts in.

How do people usually repair these when they snap? Or at least how are you planning to do so?

Drill out/extract them, if possible. Rethread, or drill/tap holes for different bolts.

Or drill out and install threadserts.
