zomeizter Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Yes you can tap it, sometimes if it's only a few of the outer threads that get damaged, a longer bolt will save you.

dvitha Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 re-tapped many times on them my self at the shop. If it is stripped to bad I replace both bolds and go one size bigger.
