The upholstery looks great but just an opinion but I agree that the dash could be tone down a bit. Some times less is more. You have some really nice sweeping lines in the upholstery and the dash draws the eyes away from it. That being said you have done a great job on it. If you could get a black sport steering wheel that would be the kicker. Hope I can get mine to the same point yours is. Good job.

If you don’t mind me asking, how much did the seat set you back.

I did the whole interior with new everything except for the dash and center console with the shifter. You just want the seat price? Also what steering wheels would u recommend? I was thinking carbon fiber lol

if you don't mind me asking what seat belts are those? Mine could use some new belts. The seat looks pretty cool, diamond stitch is always a nice touch

I think that’s a good choice. A carbon fiber wheel would be the cherry on top of the cake.

Tijuana upholstery job?

Lol is that a serious question? No I’m in south jersey. It’s east coast auto interiors.

Yes, it was a serious question since you don't have your location posted. Tijuana is where everyone who's within driving distance goes for upholstery work. On average, they do great work at about 50% the cost of comparable Stateside shops.

Lol need to put that in my sig then. I got my whole interior redone. I didn’t have carpet or some of the panels. I hated the baby blue interior. Red isn’t my favorite color but it came out nice

Years ago a few of my neighbors had work done in Tijuana. It looked great. There was some good craftsmanship coming out of there. But with the shakedowns happening and police corruption I understand that things have dropped off. It’s a shame. My buddy got shaken down by the cops in Mexico. But that type of work has gotten really expensive. I’ve actually thought of getting a used machine and replacing a few panels myself. My dad had one and made many items for the house and van.

Yeah, it was years ago when I had some upholstery work done there. Juarez did nice work also. Figured it has all changed now. That's progress I guess...
