Picking up an XJ for a swap tomorrow

And the sickness continues.

 

I have to move piles of crap (engines and axles) I've been hoarding for years out of the way to make a spot to set the XJ next to the MJ while I swap everything over. I was totally cool with the 4cyl but then one day I just snapped amd said I wanted more power. When my '06 LJ feels like a rocket ship after driving the MJ, I knew something had to change.

Yeah, the 2.5L definitely would be a poor engine choice for a rocket ship.  You'll definitely like the upgrade.
