Opening vent wings and manual window regulaters questions

I pulled both the opening wings windows and manual window regulaters

off of a 2 door Cherokee.

Question is will they work on a Comanche???

Part numbers are different so I doubt it..........

The wing window will work , the regulators are different as Don said
