Last September I ran into a new factory Jeep on Mt Etna in Sicily.  They were doing engine calibration testing on the mountain for the EU emissions test.

We spent 5 weeks in Italy, Greece and Turkey.

Last January we spent 11 days in Costa Rica - wonderful places in such a small country.

My late wife was from Chile. I've seen a LOT of Chile (except for the very southern part -- wife said it's cold down there). Also saw Macchu Picchu, and a place named San Carlos in Argentina that was a lot like being in the Swiss Alps.

Nice! Will be going back to the southern part to see the glaciers/penguins/and visit Easter island...

San Carlos I've never heard of and I will be looking into now since our next trip will be in Argentina but don't know where to go...

Full name is San Carlos de Bariloches. If driving from Chile, head south from Santiago to Osorno, spend a night in Osorno (or nearby), then head east to cross into Argentina and San Carlos.
