Nysm1
Ok so the MJ has been having a little issue as of late. I had a bad tube for the MAP which I fixed and since then it's been acting like it's dying, which sometimes it's does. So I started with the injectors which I put a brand new set of 24lb ones in, which didn't change anything. So I checked the fuel pressure and with the vacuum line on it has 20lbs and with it off its at 21lbs. So I'm just wondering what do you guys think? I do know as soon as I plug off the vacuum line the truck acts like it's still connected from the regulator. I just need a couple more ideas before I just start replacing everything. desbennett004
Pressure should be at 31 psi with vacuum, 39 without. Try changing your fuel filter, if that doesn't help, check your voltage and ground to your fuel pump. If it's none of these, might need a new fuel pump. Nysm1
Well since I disconnected my regulator vacuum line it hasn't died out again. I'm thinking I'll start with that then move back... after last night's showing I'm still convinced it's something small lol... a F350 was stuck in my parking lot, which hadn't been plowed at all (downstate NY), well let's say after romping on the Manche for about 30 mins she's idling better and seems to have her power back... so I'm wondering if maybe it was a stuck injector and maybe I broke it loose last night lol
