2.5Ltre crank only firing off starter fluid

So I got this 1990 MJ a month or so ago and I knew it needed a tank and fuel pump so I put new in and now I have fuel pressure, but still the Manche won't fire on its own. It'll fire off of starter fluid but then dies out, I took the two fuel lines that go into the TBI off and only one is spraying fuel, are they both supposed too? Also I have of the three plugs under the coil I'm missing one plug not sure what it is if anything important. Any ideas? I'll try to post photos shortly

Its the fuel line closest to the driver side that is sending fuel the farther one is not.

One is a return so you should be good.

 

If it runs on starting fluid, you can rule out any ignition problems for now.

 

What pump did you swap in?

 

Any idea how much fuel pressure you have?

 

Order a TB rebuild kit and just do that now.  Super easy to rebuild.  I've done several of them.

 

You might have an injector issue so it would be a good idea to test it first.  

 

This should be the right tool for that.

I swap in one from rock auto, not sure exactly what one it came with the tank filter and all of that, where exactly are these injectors am I just blind to them, I've never worked in the renix motors or the 2.5 so I'm new to non obd jeep engines thanks again for the help
