Nofeartoys
I have been a auto for jeep/Chrysler since 89. I have owned a couple of Cherokees but never built one.So I have been looking to build a Comanche for a little while.i knew I didn't want a 2.8 . The preferred setup was 4.oL , Auto , 4x4 . I looked for couple of months to find one, mostly I found they were not in California . Then either too high priced or v6 or 2wheel drive. Finally I decided to as local auto recycle yards if they had any builders ( mostly complete truck). I found a 88 mj 4x4 5speed 4.0L short bed mileage 110k Eng and trans were removed by previous owner ( which vehicle sat for 5 years). So I had the recycle yard put in a used complete engine and auto trans from a 89. With 112k miles. So all vehicle has all components near same miles (fairly low for these vehicles) I had them reveal eng and trans and service vehicle after a few weeks I picked up vehicle and now begins my build .I figured I would post this some people wanting a jeep could use this avenue if a type of jeep is hard to find in their area.. gogmorgo
You're getting there, you just grabbed the wrong url. You need the one for the photo itself. Then you'll have to manually enter the BBcode img tags. Should look like this: [img]http://i.imgur.com/RK19s8Mh.jpg[/img]
Nofeartoys
Only one small dime size hole in floor near seat bolt. One dent on top of tailgate. No headliner of course but original seat and cover And original crappy clear coat paint.
