MJfan94
So lately in the morning I have to pump my clutch pedal a few times to build up pressure and the rest of the day it's fine, it's like the pressure disappears overnight. This has only been happening the last few mornings and I just replaced the clutch mc in November and I've checked to see if bubbles came up in the mc or if there are any leaks on the ground and bled the system twice now and I can't figure it out. yxmj
Fluid is leaking somewhere... check your firewall below the master outside and in (above your fuses)...remove your dust shield and look at the inside of the bell housing...sometimes you can have a leak without it appearing as a large noticeable puddle.... . :MJ 1: . MJfan94
Checked my firewall on both sides and it's clean and looked inside my bell housing and no evidence of brake fluid.
yxmj
while you had the dust shield off did you have a helper push down on the clutch as you took a look at all of the clutch components and connections when they were under pressure?
Megadan
Sounds like maybe one of the piston seals may be getting weak. Have you checked the slave cylinder for any signs of wetness? Assuming you don't have an internal slave, which is hard to check. You could try and bleed the system and get all new fluid in there and see if that helps any. If you bleed into a clear bottle you can see if you get any particles to come out with the fluid. If so, it may be a good idea to plan on a new master or slave. I didn't have a helper push down on the clutch while checking, I'll go back and try again.
