2wd SOA...lcogish...some thought?

So here's my thoughts correct me if I'm wrong. I have a 2wd jeep mj that I'm swapping to 4wd and lifting at the same time. SOA nets about 5.5 inches regardless of the spring. And they base lift coils off of 4wd heights. If I use 4.5 inch coils (5.5 over 2wd) and soa in the rear (also 5.5 over 2wd) with xj shackles it should sit level? Any flaws anyone see?

I did a SOA with 2wd rear springs and 5.5" front coils and it sits level

I would go with 4.5 coils because I can always add in a small spacer if needed. :thumbsup:

 

 

do not use XJ shackles.  shackle length is important for proper spring movement.
