schardein Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 SEM brand vinyl paint. It's spray paint. This stuff is awesome. There were two other products to use with it, one was "sand free" and the other I think was "adhesion promoter". It's been years ago but redid my Blazer interior and the SEM stuff was just flat awesome on plastic. Never tried it on something like seats, but hard plastic or metal items in worked great.
