need help on my comanche its sick

Basicly when i start it for the first few   15 seconds  it runs   smooth then  it struggles to runn  it shutters and putts ! ? its starts so it isnt coil  and  is getting  fuel But not sure if its constant ?  ive checked  vacume lines  ect !  any suggestions  where to begin to resolve this ?

When's the last time you changed the O2 sensor? Also check the MAP sensor vacuum connector on the firewall.

 

Also please edit your signature and add what year, engine, etc. your truck is.

what hornbrod said , and check your fuel lines including inside the tank for cracks and rot , check your fpr and fuel pressure if i remember correctly it should be around 39psi but i'd have to go look in the book to be sure , and i'm sure i am forgetting something else .
