co-MAN-che
In an effort to rebuild my fuel system, I have purchased a new fas tank, sending unit, fuel lines, and filler hoses. One thing I cannot seem to get new, and actually need, is the metal filler spout that is screwed into the side of the bed, where the filler cap itself screws into. Any way or place I can find it? Or maybe if I'm not calling it the correct name and as a result not getting the correct search results.

HOrnbrod
Maybe, but they carry different part numbers. I've looked for these before and never could find a new one. http://www.fillernecksupply.com/1986-1992-jeep-comanche-fuel-filler-neck-52001814/
Strokermjcomanche
Hornbrod is correct , on the xj the vent hose is on the other side and the whole neck is longer . What's wrong with yours , rusted ?
co-MAN-che
Rusted so bad the threaded portion twisted off with the cap. Could I make an xj spout work?
Strokermjcomanche
Rusted so bad the threaded portion twisted off with the cap. Could I make an xj spout work? Wouldn't see why not , if you have access to a welder .Or you could post a wanted ad for one on here . Someone down south should have a rust free one .
