Nuts for Flares

Does anyone have a source, other than JY, for the nuts that hold the flares to the fender? They are 5mm and have a captured washer that is free to rotate on the nut. I can get 5mm nuts from several sources but would like to have the OEM nuts available when I replace the inner fender liners. There are a few that are missing.

I used these on my flares . I thought they were 6mm but I'm sure they should have 5mm as well .
