Had to take the driver's side off and it's pretty brittle. 2 or 3 places broke off around the flare. Need to get one at JY.

96-down should be plug n pray, since they have the same style fenders. Not sure about fit of 97-up Who needs inner fender liners though? Just use piece of inner tube or pool noodles on the rear side to keep crap out of the door hinge area. Maybe use some rubberized undercoating or bedliner in the fendewell.

Also include in your search the smaller XJ sized Wagoneers.

Most were pretty loaded and usually well cared for, cause they were pricey so the pockets were often deep.

Scored mine from a recently painted donor that the inners were almost new.

These things are cheap - doesn't make any sense to waste time at a junkyard for stuff like this. I got mine new at Rock Auto.

They are also on Ebay HERE.

Thanks, Don. That's a lot better than going to the JY and trying to get one out without breaking it. Not to mention the mosquito bites, rusty fasteners, scrapes and bruises.
