Changing my clutch master cylinder tomorrow to prevent my fuse panel from melting. When I put the new one in is there a certain way to fill it back up with brake fluid?

Still, you didn't say if its internal or external...
Internal-like brakes with the bleeder.
External-take off slave cyl and compress with homemade tool, open hex bleed, fill MC, when fluid comes out of slave, your done, close bleed, remove clamp and install.

FWIW, I've opened the bleed with slave on vehicle, added fluid when the fluid came out the hex (gravity) I was done.

OP - your photo is of the master cylinder. 64 Cheyenne is talking about the slave cylinder at the bellhousing. Internal meaning it is mounted inside the bell housing, external meaning it's mounted outside the bellhousing. Determine which yours is and bleed appropriately per his 3rd post. Someone had a question recently about the line to the internal slave and the photo showed the bleed valve. Look in this section, title was something like "What is this line on the transmission?"
