putting 1990 auto Cherokee in 1986 manual Comanche/ seeking any insight

I'm gonna be buying a 1986 manual Comanche with a 1990 auto Cherokee. The engine in the truck has already been removed, and both are 4x4. I'm looking for any insight on how to make this swap go smoothly.

It change alot from the 1986 to an 1987 and on comanches, In order for you to make the engine swap, you need to "massage" the firewall, and the radiator brackets needs to change. And theres some more think you got to change, including motor mounts if I can recall correctly.
