Tie rod, drag link, sway bar, and track bar are all beefier and bolt right in with no modifications. The 93-98 ZJ steering gear boxes are a quicker ratio and are also bolt-in. So using the diagram and subtracting the standard height should have 4.5" lift. Back is a spring over axle. Not sure how to take that measurement. Would it be better to get the adjustable track bar? If those bushings are worn, it will make a pop when you turn. They probably don't fit properly either, mount stud for the sway bar had 1/2" ish hole, damper studs are about 3/8" with around a 3/4-7/8" bushing hole. I already have it ordered just waiting on it to arrive. Sure wish I would have found you guys before I replaced it. Hate throwing money away, but I would much rather have it fixed the right way.
