Knucklehead97 Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 I've got 10 sets of the o rings for the RENIX oil filter adapter. I'm selling per set since these are a little hard to come by without giving the dealer an arm and a leg or if you don't have a Napa around you. I would like to get $5 per set shipped but let me know if ya'll think thats to pricey for a set shipped. If they sell well enough I will order more bulk orders of orings to keep us in easy supply of them. Each set has all 3 orings. The sizes are -117, -219, and -230.Cheers to all. PM if interested. Located in Alabama just to stick with forum rules. I will post a picture as soon as I get highspeed internet again :D
Crash Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 How much for 2 sets shipped to 93444? Figure, ship should be less for multiple. I currently have 3 renix heeps, not sure if the 3rd will stay tho.
Knucklehead97 Posted February 25, 2015 Author Posted February 25, 2015 I just sent out 2 sets to another guy for $10. Didn't really think about how many people would want multiples. Prices really are just $5 apiece because shipping is a stamp per set. They fit in normal envelopes but two sets weigh to much for one stamp. I'll take 8$ for two sets if it's required. Not looking to make a living out of selling these lol just want to help out other Renix owners.
Knucklehead97 Posted February 28, 2015 Author Posted February 28, 2015 Price is now $5 for one set or 2 for 8$ shipped. Once I sell two more sets I am going to get another bulk order and will have many more sets. Thanks everyone.
Alpine Paradise Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 So now I am going to sound like the ignorant amateur I am, what is a Renix oil filter adapter, do I have one and why would I need these, do they fail often?
jpdriver1 Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 So now I am going to sound like the ignorant amateur I am, what is a Renix oil filter adapter, do I have one and why would I need these, do they fail often? these are the units the oil filter screws onto -- if you dismount it for shifting the filter vertical or pointing down or total engine tear down, the o rings need to be replaced
