D44 w/4.56's...Whats is worth

hey all i found an XJ D44 w/ 4.56's.....awsome shape...all brakes included..e-brake etc...new gears...hes wanting 350 but i said i could offer 300..what ya'll think

yea hes close to me so i can just pick it up :D and i can trade in my 4.10 for 4.56 in my d30....i havent installed them yet so my buddy said i could bring them back

I just paid $250 for an MJ d44 with stock gearing. Another $250+ later and it'll have the 4.56 gearing I need.

if it truly is ready to run and has all the brake stuff there that's a steal.

 

average price around here is $300 for just the housing and shafts.

plus it's already geared, so that saves some coin later on.
