glundblad Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 I wanted to let everyone know there is a pair of black bucket seats that look like they tilt forward for sale on ebay. Very difficult to find. My browser doesn't seem to like the new forum too well. It doesn't let me insert links so you will need to do a search. "Jeep Cherokee Bucket Seats" should get you there.

Bonkers Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Ooooo... pricey... er, i mean pretty... um... pretty pricey... Wish my ebay account still worked, $100 shipped might be worth it...
TheDude Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Bid placed.. I'm very tempted to just buy them outright though..
Bonkers Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Holy crap! Already to $298 shipped???? Apparently I have VASTLY underestimated the value of black bucket seats....
TheDude Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 It's only $202.50 shipped right now.. I should just hit the "buy it now" when I had the chance.
glundblad Posted December 7, 2014 Author Posted December 7, 2014 Holy crap! Already to $298 shipped???? Apparently I have VASTLY underestimated the value of black bucket seats.... A few years ago, I found a set of black leather cherokee buckets. I believe black leather was only available in '86 & '87. After that, they were charcoal rather than absolute black. Plus they were in fantastic condition for being 25 years old. Anyway, I wanted them in the worst way. The guy wanted $200 for the fronts and rear bench but he wouldnt ship them. I offered him $200 for the fronts only plus I would pay for shipping. He replied that he wasnt born yesterday and that I was trying to scam him. I sent him a link to the truck I was restoring and I finally convinced him that I really wanted them. :rotf:

My IE just doesnt like it for some reason and life is simply too short to figure out why. I have chrome installed for emergencies but I was too lazy at the time.
