removing rear window

I've been parting out my 86 xls and I need to get the rear slider out so I can take it to have it put into my 88. Any ideas on how to take it out without breaking it?

There is a how-to somewhere. Start at the top by hand, and start pulling. Apparently it can all be done by hand....

It's glued in like the windshield, I use a long razor knife made for cutting out windshieds and carefully cut the adhesive.
