just a few question before i start spraying

1). Whats the best way to remove the badges from the body?

2). Is "JEEP" on the header panel removable?

3). After sanding is it ok to wipe it down with regular paint thinner or should i buy something special?

4). paint panel by panel or will i get different shades like that?

remove the badges with a flat scraper, go slowly from one end to another.

the jeep one is removeable. it is bolted on...so you will have to remove the upper support piece over the radiator (not the whole thing, the angle iron that connects to the upper support and the header panel.

unless you have a 2.5 or a 2.8...in which case just look behind the badges and unbolt them. spray them with pb blaster before you try to unbolt them or you'll break the studs.

idk about paint thinner. but paint by sides, not by panels. prime however you'd like, but you should go from top to bottom on the paint.
