I have an upper cab section (roof and 4posts ) no rust for Free local pickup or free +shipping if someone wants to fix this truck . I'm in Youngstown Ohio.

I want it bad but i can't pay $1300 for a parts truck. I tried to talk him down but he won't budge. Title says lien...must need pay off.

I offered $500 which i thought it was a fair price for the condition. I just hope it goes to a good home where someone can get some good out of it.
