Replacing Multiswitch??

So my multiswitch is all sorts of messed up and I need to replace it. I was wondering if anyone has a write up or any advice on how to do it? Ive only got the steering wheel off so far.

You have to go very deep into the upper column to get to the multi-function switch. Here's a writeup:

I am in the "It's Faster and Easier to Replace the Entire Column" camp when it comes to tilt-mechanism or other steering column issues.
