yellaheep
Grabbed a massively janky '89 4 banger 2wd MJ for $200. Not much good on it except the back side...... Will be making a drop-down tail gate bench out of it.
yellaheep
New porch art....... Reclaimed barn wood, intentional rough construction using old nails and screws, even a rusty old bottle opener attached.

yellaheep
Couple more....... '50-something Studebaker. The bed was complete garbage as was the body, but the tailgate was just good enough to convince me to pay $80. After snatching the tailgate off of it, I visited a buddy who works at a body shop and loaded it up with the heavy bits from their scrap pile. Only got $34 for the 1,700 lbs it all weighed. $75 on Craigslist. Rotten bed and super-flimsy homemade frame but nice tail gate and fenders. Putting the fenders back on craigslist as "rat rod" parts, see if I can get $100 for em. Got an even $20 at the scrap yard for the 980 lbs of what was left of it. Gotta love the soup can bearing caps....... lol
