Good to know - thanks... although since aluminum cuts like butter, it didn't take me but a few minutes to make one. Here is another trick: to block off the EGR source port, heat an old copper penny (1970s or earlier are copper, after that they are plated zinc and will easily melt) red-hot, then drop it into cold water to anneal (soften) it. Drop it into the port on the manifold, then screw in a flange nut salvaged from an EGR pipe and snug it down good. Works great. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
